The power of numbers.... BIG ones !

Solidworks now boasts over 2,000,000 users around the globe. Thats a huge number of people. To put in in perspective thats around half the population of Sydney and approximately equal to the entire population of Perth and Brisbane!

However the real power of this huge user base comes from the effect it has on the development of the product. Did you know that over 90% of the enhancements and improvements that go into each new version of Solidworks comes from the request and suggestions of the user base?

So thats 2 million engineers and designers around the world all working together to make Solidworks better, more efficient and easier to use. Now that's what I call a development team !!
